Watch-Mark
What It Points To
Section titled “What It Points To”Drawn to making danger legible at a glance — the painted cross on the door, the carved notch on the boundary tree, the color that means do not enter. Notices what others need to be warned about before they arrive, then renders it in form sharp enough to stop a body mid-step. Recognizable in the child who tapes signs to closed doors and the elder who still walks the perimeter checking which marks have faded.
Integration property: Image as warning — the pull behind boundary markers, danger signs, plague banners
